During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you can request an exchange
or a refund for the items. This period runs from the day of receipt of the order by the
consumer, beyond this period, any complaint will be rejected.
Note that all items must be returned unused, with authentic tags and in their original
packaging, along with the receipt. If the goods returned are not in a condition suitable
for resale, we may not accept your return. All returned goods will be examined upon
receipt.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Please note that you are responsible for shipping items returned to the online store.
Items lost in transit will not be compensated. Shipping costs for returned merchandise
are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective products

We have a legal obligation to supply products that comply with the order we have
accepted.
Therefore, if your purchase is defective, and you provide proof by photo to the email
address: contact@stateofmind.fr, then according to your choice, we will send you the
same product for free or we will refund the price of the product. as well as shipping
costs. Simply contact us on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day
